How does shipping and delivery work?

✔︎ Orders usually ship within 72 hours. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can keep a close eye on your order until it reaches its destination. 

Delivery timeframes: You can expect your order to arrive within 2 to 8 business days. At the moment, shipping is free for all orders. 

We primarily use USPS and DHL for most deliveries within the US.  

Help! My order is lost/hasn’t been delivered?

Despite USPS and DHL's estimated delivery time of 2-8 business days, they may occasionally be unable to meet this timeframe. In such cases, your tracking number might indicate a 'delayed' delivery date.

Should your order fail to arrive within the specified 20-day timeframe, kindly reach out to us so that we may initiate an inquiry with USPS and DHL.

Please be aware that the investigation outcome timeline can vary depending on the courier. Our team will make every effort to provide a timely resolution.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
